In late October, I attended two workshops back-to-back at one of my most favorite stores in Singapore: Doinky Doodles. Doinky Doodles sells only handmade or vintage items: bags, toys, clothes, etc. And the store's owner Pixin sits behind the counter sewing or drawing as people come in and out of the store. A small workshop is in the back of the space, where all of the classes take place. I attended a zipper pouch workshop and a plushy workshop, both in the same weekend.
